We built the online Grievance Redress Mechanism for EA-RDIP in Somaliland. People can send in a complaint, question or piece of feedback about the programme, and the project team can follow each case until it is closed. We also built and host the programme's official Somaliland website.

• Online submission: anyone can file a complaint or feedback through a simple web form.
• Case tracking: each case gets a reference number and a status that the team keeps up to date.
• Team dashboard: staff assign cases, follow progress and close them from one screen.
• Reports: summaries the programme team can use for its own reporting.
• Programme website: the EA-RDIP Somaliland website, designed, built and hosted by us.

The Rajo-Kaaba portal keeps student and scholarship records for the programme and its partner schools in one place. We also manage the cloud servers it runs on and write up the technical documentation. We are now adding an examination module so that schools can run exams and record results in the same system.

The Commission uses this Human Resource Management Information System for its staff records, so it has to stay up and its data has to stay safe. We look after it day to day: answering problems from Commission staff, applying updates, and checking that backups are running.

A grievance system for the Integrated Customs Clearance project. Traders, agents and other users can raise a concern about the clearance process, and each concern is recorded, passed to the right person and followed until there is an answer.

• Intake: concerns are recorded and sorted by type and urgency.
• Escalation: a case that is not resolved moves up to the responsible officer.
• Tracking: each case shows its status and keeps a record of every step.
• Reports: management can see how many cases came in and how quickly they were handled.

An inventory system for Ohwow that replaces manual stock records. Staff record what comes in and goes out, and management can see current stock at any time.

A grievance system for the Civil Service Commission. Civil servants and members of the public can raise a concern online, and the Commission can see who is handling each case and what the outcome was. Before this, complaints had no single place where they were recorded and followed up.

A grievance system for the Rajo-Kaaba project. Students, parents and partner schools can raise a concern, and the project team can handle it and give a documented answer. It helps the team deal with problems early and show how each one was resolved.

A management system for The Root gym. Members are recognised by face when they arrive, so staff do not need to check cards or paper lists. The system also includes a complete finance module for payments, income and expenses.
